I'm writing a series of My Little Pony Fan-Fics. And among the characters mentioned in the story is precisely the father of the protagonists, who would be the male version of Celestia. I mean, Solaris.
And there is my question.
I wanted to know if you could give me permission to use the "Concept-Art" and the "Concept-Descript" of Lord Solaris for these stories?

I haven't been able to get a peep out of him for years about that. Given the disclaimer-like language he put here about his MLP art, it's possible Hasbro took offense.
Strange, though. Both in spirit and strict reality, the comic was clearly parody, and utterly tame, compared to the horrifying stuff that routinely goes unpunished. Maybe he lost interest, and is starting to resent our fan fixation on it.
