Feeling Restored

I REJECT fear and timidity
I accept the spirit of power and of love and of a sound mind

I REJECT the spirit of condemnation that binds me in chains
I accept the spirit of freedom and forgiveness that breaks the binds on my soul

I am not a failure, I am not worthless, I am not weak
I reject the lies and burdens falsely laid upon me

I know where my refuge lies, my shield and rampart;
And no terror, arrow, plague or pestilence;
No lion or cobra, great lion or serpent
Death, Despair, Wrath or Curse shall touch me when I call out to him whom I trust!

I yawn and new life enters
My spirit is ignited again, it burns at the hollow of my hurt
My freedom is restored, the bonds on me are broken and the burden replaced with a sword

Terror will fear me and Grief shall mourn my presence
Hatred will despise me and Confusion will be left without a clue
I hold to the truth that they are vanquished through him who gives me strength

I enter a new day (12:01 am) restored, at peace and ready to kick ass!
